Many of our customers have purchasing offices in Hong Kong so we are able to show them our new products. Also, the city is Asia’s trading centre and a lot of Asian buyers prefer to come here rather than visit events in Europe or the US. We are very much focusing on the Chinese mainland and also South America this time. We are seeing many buyers from South America because the HKTDC is bringing in buying missions from countries such as Brazil, so that is very promising for us. The organiser also does a good job in terms of communications and facilities, such as the Dragon Lounge for VIP buyers, and wireless Wi-Fi; plus the transportation to and from the fair is fantastic.”
